the support you give, finally given to you.
The Coaching Collective by Erinn Cottman. Grow your practice. Never coach alone.
The Problem
Instructional coaches support everyone in the building. Teachers, leaders, students. But who supports the coach?
No PLC of your own. No time to build new tools. No one who understands the role.
The Coaching Collective is the support you give, given back to you.

Meet Erinn
Erinn Cottman is a leadership coach, education consultant, speaker, and founder of Erinn Cottman Teacher Development, LLC, a six-figure professional learning and leadership development firm. For more than 15 years, she has built her career around one powerful question: What helps people grow into the leaders they are capable of becoming?
A former teacher, instructional coach, and assistant principal, Erinn has coached and developed hundreds of educators and leaders across the country, helping them strengthen their leadership, navigate change, build high-performing teams, and turn ambitious goals into consistent action. Her work has taken her from classrooms and school leadership teams to national conferences and conversations about leadership, coaching, and personal development.
At the heart of Erinn’s work is a belief that coaching is bigger than a title or profession. The right coach can challenge our thinking, sharpen our execution, expand our vision, and help us become who our next season requires. Drawing from more than a decade of coaching others—and being coached herself—Erinn brings a unique perspective on the power of coaching and the relationships that help women lead, build, and evolve.
Erinn’s work and expertise have been featured on national platforms, including MSNBC’s Morning Joe and several national podcasts, and she has presented at conferences and professional learning experiences across the country. She is a proud graduate of Hampton University and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®. Above all, she is the proud mother of her son, Drexel, a role that continues to shape how she thinks about purpose, ambition, legacy, and the life she is building beyond her work.

What educators say
My experience with Erinn has been amazing. As a new Instructional Coach fresh out of the classroom, she made my transition fairly easy. Erinn is always available, gives valuable feedback, and plans intentional coaching sessions. She leads with love and holds me accountable to complete a full coaching cycle with teachers. She pushes me beyond my comfort zone and encourages me to persevere through tough challenges.
Courtney Taylor I could count on Erin to help give a second lens when I completed observations and she was a great resource when I needed help on what teacher actions to coach educators on. There was never a time that I didn't have access to Erin and that was helpful being a new coach.
Kionna SquiresI have grown and learned a TON this school year. Having the one on one weekly coaching sessions with Erinn Cottman was a tremendous help.
